Insurance companies sink to a new low

It seems that if you live in Washington State, and you are the victim of an accident that was caused by an individual that meant to cause the accident, your insurance company does not have to pay you for the treatment you might require.

I don’t know how wide spread this is, but I think that you should check with your insurance company today.
