I heard this on the radio this morning. It is an advertisement for the Jason Lewis show on KSTP AM 1500:

How to tell the difference between a Republican and a Democrat.

A Republican and a Democrat are walking down the street when they come across a homeless man. The Republican gives the man his business card, and instructs him to come to his office for a job. Additionally, he gives the man $20.00 to get something to eat. The Democrat was very impressed. Not to be outdone, when they came across another homeless man, the Democrat sprang into action. He reached into the Republicans pocket and took out $20.00. After keeping $15.00 for himself as administrative overhead, he gave the homeless man $5.00 and directions to the welfare office.

Now you know the difference between Republicans and Democrats.
